Trek Administration

Unfortunately there is always some paperwork and administration required to support any expedition, such as insurance, which is very important and mandatory for you to come on this expedition. You cannot fly to Papua New Guinea without a valid passport as another example.

Please ensure that you have contacted the No Roads office to provide them with the following information at least two weeks prior to departure to ensure your expedition is managed effectively:
  • Flight arrival details (airline, flight number and date/time) into PNG.
  • Emergency contact details (if not provided on booking form).
  • Insurance details (provider, policy number, emergency contact phone number).
  • Special dietary requirements.
  • Personal medical conditions.
  • Flight departure details out (airline, flight number and date/time) of PNG.
